Lindsey Lewis | Divorce & Family Law Attorney

Lindsey Lewis - Family Law Attorney

Lindsey Lewis, a Houston Native, received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, home of the Aggies.  After earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science she returned home to earn her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College Of Law Houston in May 2014.

In 2015, Lindsey joined Ramos Law Group, PLLC as an in-house attorney to specifically support our clients but has since become a critical member of our litigation team and now handles all aspects of a family law case from initial pleadings to final trial.  She has attended the National Family Law Trial Institute regular course that attorneys from all over the United States attend to hone their litigation skills and receive feedback and corrections from the top family law attorneys, judges and litigators from across the nation.  Lindsey’s family law experience includes contested divorces, modifications, parental rights, child support, child custody disputes, enforcements and adoptions.  She is passionate about family law and offers clients experienced legal insight while also understanding the emotional and difficult challenges involved with divorce and family law matters.  As with all members of our firm she offers client’s knowledge and competent legal advice with the following goals:

  • Educate the client about the law and court procedures
  • Explore options and create solutions
  • Encourage settlements through competent negotiation and mediation
  • Maintain reasonable fees and control litigation costs
  • Exhaust all reasonable alternatives, but when all else fails, to fight aggressively when necessary to protect the clients’ rights

Finally, Lindsey loves all animals and takes extra care when pets are involved in the divorce process to assure that placement of the pet is given an equal priority.  Lindsey’s dog-child, a Hungarian Vizsla named Sancho-Panza (“Sancho”), is pictured at the bottom of this page.
