When we meet a great family law attorney or a great family law paralegal, we make space for them. We have created positions that were not on any job board because the person in front of us was worth building a seat for. That has happened more than once, and it will happen again.

Current Openings
All three positions are based in Houston (Montrose) and can make space in The Woodlands. Each includes a 10% annual performance bonus paid in quarterly installments and a 10% revenue share on clients you bring in, plus 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and paid CLE.
Senior Family Law Attorney
Base salary $125,000 to $175,000. For attorneys with 5 or more years of Texas family law experience, strong legal writing and trial skills, and a client-first mindset. You will own your caseload from intake through resolution and help mentor the attorneys coming up behind you.
Family Law Attorney (5 Years Experience)
Base salary from $100,000. For attorneys with about 5 years of family law experience who are ready to run their own cases with the support of a full team behind them.
Family Law Attorney (1 Year Experience)
Base salary $95,000 to $125,000. For attorneys early in their careers. This role is tied to our New Attorney Development Program, a structured two-year path with mentorship, paid outside training, and defined milestones. Most firms hiring at this level have nothing comparable to offer.

Are these positions remote? They are hybrid. Work from home on Wednesdays and will accommodate the rockstars that can bring in their own business. Newer attorneys ramp up faster with in-person time.
Do you hire outside of Houston? Houston is where our current openings are. We also have offices in The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Dallas, and we are expanding into Oklahoma City. If you are a strong candidate in one of those areas, email us. We would rather know you exist than miss you.
Do you hire attorneys with limited experience? Yes. We hire at one year of experience and up, and our New Attorney Development Program is built specifically for attorneys early in their careers. It is a two-year path with mentorship, paid training, and defined milestones.
