Christina V. Santos (Formerly Christina Garza) is a senior paralegal for the Ramos Law Group, PLLC. Christina originally joined the Ramos Law Group, PLLC in November 2005, but has been a family law paralegal since 2001. Christina has been a part of the family law community since June of 2000 when she became an intern under the Honorable Judge Don Ritter of the 246th Judicial Family Law Court of Harris County, Texas.

Before joining the Ramos Law Group, Meghan worked for several well-known top divorce attorneys in Texas.

Mary Gonzales
Paralegal.
Mary Gonzales wears multiple hats with our firm, from receptionist, intake specialist to our new junior paralegal. She is the first to greet you with a smile, empathy, and understanding. She assists with other aspects of the firm, from lead management, daily operational tasks to collecting vital information from all clients and other paralegal related duties. She always strives to deliver exceptional customer service and makes you feel like a member of our family.
Before joining, Ms. Gonzales developed her entrepreneurial skills in the cosmetic industry, where she assisted in the growth and franchising of an existing organization and finally launched her store. She enjoys spending time with her family, cycling and fitness, and time with her cats.

Allison Wilson
Receptionist/Intake Specialist.
Alli Wilson is no Houston native; however, Houston happily welcomed her when she transferred from Mississippi State University in 2017. She was born in Florida and raised all over the south, and her southern hospitality shows through. With over a decade of experience making clients feel happy, and at ease, Ms. Wilson takes her seat at the firm upfront and is ready to assist you when you walk through the door, call, or virtually inquire with Ramos Law Group. She helps with data collection and entries, new client intake, follow-up contact, and scheduling consultations. As a result, she typically is one of the first voices you’ll hear when you inquire with us.
When she’s not here in our office, Ms. Wilson is pursuing her B.S. in Kinesiology with a Nutrition minor at the University of Houston. Before joining the Ramos family, Alli completed the University of Houston’s own Bauer College of Business SURE program and further developed her compassion and empathy toward understanding and helping people. Ms. Wilson enjoys museums, cooking, and spending time with her dog in her free time.

Amber R. Ramos, JD
Law Clerk.
Ms. Ramos is the daughter of Mary E. Ramos and is a member of the staff with duties ranging from legal research, drafting, and all aspects of paralegal work. In December of 2018, she graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and minor in Women’s Studies. While in college, she was also the Vice President of Finance for Sigma Kappa in her freshman year.
Amber finished both high school and undergraduate work in a total of 6.5 years. She graduated from Mississippi College School Of Law in May 2022 and was one of the youngest students in her class. We look forward to her highly valued contribution to the team and our clients.
Emilio A. Ramos
Business Intern.
Emilio Ramos serves as our part-time business intern and assists with the day to day operations, from human resources, social media to the optimization of our marketing spend. As an intern, his goal is to learn every aspect of the business to build a solid knowledge base and experience for future opportunities. His interest is in financial advising and is currently pursuing various certifications in support of that goal. In 2019, he earned a B. A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
Ashliegh Ramos

Ms. Ramos is the daughter of Mary E. Ramos and an active member of our staff with duties ranging from paralegal to assisting with our online marketing. She is currently attending paralegal training at the University of Houston School of Continuing Education & Professional Development.
Alfredo Ramos
Business Manager.
Mr. Ramos is responsible for the day to day operations from customer service to developing and executing growth strategies to take the Ramos Law Group to the next level. Mr. Ramos has 20 years of experience managing teams and projects accelerating sustainable growth while delivering exceptional service and results. Previously, Mr. Ramos served as the Quality Assurance Manager for Idera’s newly launched SharePoint Business Unit and led the SQL Server Quality Assurance team for the top revenue-generating product. He joined Idera in its early days through its acquisition of the SQL Server Product Line from NetIQ where he led the Technical Support team for all SQL Server products and the Operation Manager product which was subsequently sold to Microsoft and is now known as System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). He also served in the US Navy as the Medical Department Head with the primary mission of mobilization readiness of reserve personnel for multiple branches of service.
In his role as a Business Manager, he is significantly focused on systematically researching and predicting where the market is moving in an effort to grow the firm and exceed client expectations.

Interesting Facts:
On 01/01/2021, Mr. Ramos ran the Kingwood Texas half Marathon. On 01/01/2020, Mr. Ramos ran the Kingwood Texas Marathon with two days’ notice and only with the training he receives as a member of the Navy Seal PT group at Memorial Park.
In 2018, Mr. Ramos hiked 652 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) from Campo, CA to Walker Pass near Lake Isabella, CA. While he didn’t complete the entire 2,650, the experience exceeded his expectations and renewed his love for helping people through those difficult challenges life tends to offer. He plans to complete the entire PCT in future seasons and will move on to the Continental Divide Trail (CDT) and Appalachian Trail (AT).

Eleanor “Ellie”, daughter of Mary E. Ramos, came into our lives a few years back and has become a member of the team. She is quick to provide guidance and refer to members of the team as “Lindsey-Tanya” putting two team members names into one.
